Site Information and Assessment
Once you have chosen your trailer, we will send you a simple form to complete. This helps us understand the location of:
- Water supply
- Drainage connections
- Electrical supply
- Trailer positioning area
If required, we can arrange an on-site visit to assess the location and ensure everything is suitable before installation.

Hire Agreement and Payment
After reviewing the site details, we will provide a hire contract outlining the agreed rental period and terms.
Once payment has been received, your booking will be confirmed and entered into our schedule for delivery.
Hire Information
- Minimum hire period: One week
- Cost: £250 + VAT per week
- One gas bottle included within the hire price

Delivery and Installation
On the agreed date, our team will deliver your trailer directly to your property and complete the installation. Please note we offer free delivery within a 25 mile radius of Ramsgate, we can deliver further but this will incur a delivery cost which would need to be discussed on each request.
We will connect the trailer to the available services and ensure everything is operating correctly before leaving.
Installation typically takes between one and two hours, depending on site conditions and connection requirements.

Kitchen Trailer Features
Our temporary kitchen trailer includes:

Bathroom Trailer Features
Our temporary bathroom trailer includes:
- Thermostatic shower
- Toilet
- Basin
- LPG water heater
- Fan heater

Collection
At the end of the hire period, we will collect the trailer on the agreed date.
Collections take place between 8:00am and 5:00pm, and our team will disconnect and remove the trailer safely and efficiently.
Site Requirements
To ensure successful installation, our trailers must be located on private land, such as a driveway or similar hard-standing area.
The following services must be available within 30 metres of the trailer location:
- Mains water supply
- Drainage connection
- Electrical supply

Delivery Areas
We provide free delivery within a 25-mile radius of Ramsgate
We can also deliver to locations outside this area, although additional delivery charges may apply depending on distance and access requirements. These costs are discussed individually with each customer before booking.
